Each well is evaluated based on production history, mechanical condition, infrastructure requirements, operating costs, regulatory status, and remaining potential. This allows the company to prioritize capital, reduce avoidable downtime, and determine the appropriate path for reactivation, repair, optimization, continued monitoring, or responsible retirement.
Kenosis operations are supported by experienced field personnel, local contractors, and affiliated oilfield service companies with capabilities across drilling, workover, well intervention, wireline, cementing, production support, construction, fabrication, environmental response, and plugging and abandonment.

Kenosis Marine provides dedicated offshore marine support for Kenosis oil and gas operations throughout the Gulf Coast.
Centered around a company-owned lift boat, the division delivers safe, reliable, and efficient access to offshore assets while supporting well intervention, maintenance, production, and infrastructure projects.
Operating its own marine vessel gives Kenosis greater operational flexibility, improves response times, and helps ensure critical offshore work is executed safely and effectively.

The Foundation of Our Louisiana Operations
Kenosis entered the South Louisiana market through the acquisition of the former Extex operating assets, including approximately 418 wells across 16,000 acres.
At the time of acquisition, the wells were shut in. Kenosis began a systematic evaluation and reactivation program focused on restoring infrastructure, identifying the strongest well-level opportunities, and responsibly returning qualified wells to production.
The acquisition established the foundation of Kenosis’ current operating portfolio and demonstrated the company’s ability to evaluate, acquire, integrate, and operate complex oil and gas assets at scale.
Kenosis continues to pursue additional acquisitions that align with this strategy, particularly established fields with existing infrastructure, meaningful remaining reserves, and opportunities for operational improvement.
