Mike Blake brings 48 years of hands-on oilfield experience and company-building force to Kenosis. From roughnecking on barge drilling rigs while working through college to founding more than 15 oilfield service companies, his career spans inland drilling, offshore operations, specialized services, oil-spill response, and manufacturing-backed field execution.

Beau Blake brings active CEO leadership to Kenosis Operating Company, an oil and gas operator with more than 400 wells across South Louisiana. He also serves as President and CEO of Blake International Rigs and helps lead the broader Blake Management Group family of energy, maritime, environmental, industrial, and support businesses. His role connects Kenosis to Blake operating infrastructure, service-company depth, Gulf Coast field experience, and support for complex field operations.

Matt Moncla serves as President of Kenosis Operating Company. A third-generation South Louisiana oilfield professional, he brings field-earned credibility, commercial leadership, acquisition experience, and large-scale service-company growth built from the rigs up across the Gulf Coast and beyond.

Brett Kroh
Brett Kroh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kroh Exploration, a Fort Worth-based oil and gas company focused on acquiring, developing, and improving underdeveloped energy assets across Texas and the Gulf Coast. He helped form Kenosis alongside Tony Gossett, Matt Moncla, Beau Blake, and Mike Blake, bringing acquisition strategy, capital alignment, and investor-facing execution into the company’s leadership structure.

Paul A. “Tony” Gossett is President of Kroh Exploration and a Board Member of Kenosis Operating Company. A petroleum engineer, energy executive, and asset manager, Tony brings more than 40 years of technical leadership across exploration, development, engineering, operations, and large-scale asset management.

Brian C. Osborn, P.E. serves as Chief Operating Officer of Kenosis Operating Company. With 30+ years of engineering and operations experience, he brings full-cycle technical leadership across permitting, drilling, completions, recompletions, facilities, daily operations, and plugging and abandonment.
