Brett Kroh
Board Member / CEO, Kroh Exploration

Brett Kroh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kroh Exploration, a Fort Worth-based oil and gas company focused on acquiring, developing, and improving underdeveloped energy assets across Texas and the Gulf Coast. He helped form Kenosis alongside Tony Gossett, Matt Moncla, Beau Blake, and Mike Blake, bringing acquisition strategy, capital alignment, and investor-facing execution into the company’s leadership structure.

Experience Highlights

• Founded Kroh Exploration in 2019 after building strong energy-sector relationships with operators, engineers, land professionals, and oilfield service leaders.

• Built Kroh around overlooked oil and gas assets, acquisition and development opportunities, and investor-aligned energy projects.

• Expanded Kroh from a North Texas-focused E&P company into a broader energy company with operated and non-operated assets, upstream development, rework opportunities, and strategic operating partnerships.

• Advancing major Texas acquisitions and long-term vertical integration plans, including affiliated service-company development.

Operating Strength

• Brings acquisition discipline, capital strategy, investor communication, and deal-structuring experience to Kenosis.

• Helps connect field-level opportunity with investor confidence, transparent communication, and long-term alignment.

• Supports growth across mature assets where value can be created through responsible operations and disciplined management.

• Adds Kroh’s business, capital, and investor-facing infrastructure to the broader Kenosis leadership story.
